Put benchmark_hnn_core_runtime.py into a zip archive:

mkdir testdir
cp -i benchmark_hnn_core_runtime.py testdir
zip -r input.zip testdir

Browse to NSG Portal
Log in, browse to a Data folder and upload the input.zip file to NSG Portal.
Upload page
In the Tasks page Create New Task.
Select Parameters and fill out the fields in the Set Parameters page. Defaults should work, except change the field for 'Enter Main Input Filename' to benchmark_hnn_core_runtime.py. Save parameters. Then click 'Save and Run Task' and ok.
From the Tasks page, click 'View Status' to check job status.
For jobs in the Completed state, output can be downloaded by clicking the 'View Output' button to see the View Task Output page.

Put that into a subdirectory, then create a zip archive:

mkdir testdir
cp hnn_widget.ipynb testdir
zip -r input.zip testdir

Browse to NSG Portal
Log in, browse to a Data folder and upload the input.zip file to NSG Portal.
Upload page
In the Tasks page Create New Task.
Set Input to the input.zip you uploaded. Set Tool to HNN GUI on Expanse. Select Parameters and fill out the fields in the Set Parameters page. Defaults should work. Save parameters. Then click 'Save and Run Task' and ok.
At the Tasks page, click View Status for your job. In the Task Details page, when status is SUBMITTED, look for the URL, and browse to that URL. You may need to hit Refresh Task until status is SUBMITTED.
The URL should show the Proxy Service status, then automatically switch to a Voila page. Click on testdir, and you should be shown hnn_widget.ipynb. Click on that to start HNN GUI.
For jobs in the Completed state, output can be downloaded by clicking the 'View Output' button to see the View Task Output page.
