• Integration with MPICH2
GUR:
1. Copies MPI source from local machine to remote clusters
2. Invokes cluster-specific compile command
3. Submits batch jobs at each cluster to start MPICH2 mpd daemon
4. Constructs MPICH2 config file
5. Invokes local mpiexec to initiate MPI job
