Detailed Description

send selected precomputed commands as received from RBNB to the NtcpServer

This listens to a predefined RBNB command channel, and if the 'shake' command is received, it sends a move command via NTCP that happens to trigger the earthquake replay on the ANCO shake table.

Bug:

getControlPoint is still problematic, assume its buggy
